Our mission at Bern is to provide you with the perfect helmet. We want you to feel confident in with your purchase so there’s no second guessing when you are about to send it on the slopes, drop in at the skate park, or head out on your daily commute. If you get your new lid and it doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll get that taken care of for you.

Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from purchase to return or exchange your helmet. Once you get it, try that lid on, wear it around the house a bit. Live in it and make sure you are comfortable. We just ask that you don’t soak it in sweat, throw it down a mountain, or rub it in dirt. See below for a few guidelines to follow to make the return as painless as possible.
The Helmet should be:
· In its original, undamaged box
· In “Unused” condition (No damage, blemishes, or mess of any kind)
· Complete with all liners, accessories, tags, and manuals that came with the helmet

All you need to begin is your order number and zip code. You’ll be lead through the rest and shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.
By the end of the process you will have a label, a tracking number, and an estimated delivery date. We process returns every Thursday and you should receive your refund within 48 hours of processing.
