Items purchased from our webstore can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns received in the following conditions will be refused:
· If the helmet is not in its original box
· If the packaging is damaged or taped in any way
· If the product is blemished or damaged in any way
· If the product has been used
· If any accessories, liners, or original packaging is missing

Once your return has been processed your refund may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
If your return is the result of a Manufacturing Defect, please email email@example.com with the subject line "Manufacturing Defect - <Order Number>".

Please include a note in the box with your order number. Otherwise we will not be able to identify the order and you will not receive your refund. The order number can be located on the order confirmation email you receive immediately after placing the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not currently offer exchanges. We recommend that you follow the returns process described above and place another order on the website.
